A modern praise song implores God: Don’t pass us by, let this be the generation, Lord, that lifts up Your name to all the world. And I do believe that inspired prayer is being answered. The Gospel is going to all the world now in formidable speed and frightening power. Helena was given a warning dream about it a few years ago: Powerful Outpouring2nd Nov 2010. H. We were in a new area. Suddenly Elephant Man arrived. Wherever he went the elephant followed him. The noise and the power brought some fear to the people. He moved the animal to another place. Meaning: This represents the coming of miraculous power from God in MM’s outreach which will shock many. An elephant has huge strength and power. The Days of Elijah Are FrighteningIt is frightening, because of the judgement which follows when the message is opposed. Opponents are being struck dead with alarming regularity. Elijah’s opponents lost their lives, too (1 Kings 18:40). These are the prophesied days of ‘Elijah’. Muslims come against MM’s outreach in Africa to try and stop it. Their gunmen are struck dead when we wield the shield of faith and the sword of the Spirit. In January 2015, near Lusaka, Zambia, John and Vuga’s van was stopped by five gunmen. When John threw MM’s booklet on Faith at their leader, they opened fire with their guns – but not at John and Vuga – at each other, killing all five! It is not an isolated incident. It is one of several, creating a pattern. God is making a point. He is pointing to the literature, because it is His, not ours, just as the Bible is His, not ours. It is ours to read and obey, but not to argue with! You don’t argue with God and get away with it. A Short WorkWhen Paul wrote to the believers in Rome, he prophesied of how God would complete His Work on earth: “The Lord will make a short work upon earth.” He will finish the work and cut it short in righteousness... (Rom 9:28). Because of the spread of apostasy and rebellion against the revealed restored truths of God, that is His plan. He is giving people a short time to decide. Those who refuse to accept what He has revealed will find themselves engulfed in the flames of the Tribulation. And the rebels who do not repent during that awful 3½ years, will then face the 7 last plagues (Rev 16). He Comes For JudgementIsaiah prophesied: The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because He has anointed me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God... (Is 61:1,2). When Jesus proclaimed that prophecy in His day he omitted the words in bold (Lk 4:18,19). It was not the time back then for wholesale judgment upon nations for rejecting the message. But it IS in this our day: For these are the days of vengeance, that all things that are written may be fulfilled (Lk 21:22). Much of the writing of the prophets in your Bible tells of punishment for sin, for wrongdoing. All nations are now coming under God’s judgement. Vengeance is not a pleasant prospect. It is a fearful thing. Come, My people, enter your chambers, and shut your doors behind you; hide yourself, as it were, for a little moment, until the indignation is past. For behold, the Lord comes out of His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity; the earth will also disclose her blood, and will no more cover [hide] her slain (Is 26:20,21). In a dream to Kassahun, we were all told to read chapter 26 of Isaiah every day. I don’t take that literally. I believe it is meant to emphasise what is in that chapter that is highly relevant to each of us in this hour: 1. A promise of spiritual security to those who look to God continually (Is 26:3,4). 2. A prediction that God will raise the dead (Is 26:19). 3. A warning that judgement follows (26:21). 4. A prophecy of doom upon idolatrous leaders who oppress God’s people (Is 26:13,14). 5. An admission of the failure of God’s people (now the Church Universal) to bring deliverance by defeating the spiritual inhabitants of the earth (26:18) – demons which incite pride, deception and sin. So, to effect God’s purposes, He raises the dead (26:19). 6. A prophecy that the lofty will be brought low (26:5). And, 7. A promise to the faithful ones who retain this final restoration of truth that they will enter into the holy city (26:2) because they remained faithful and true. A Great Falling AwayPaul prophesied by the Spirit that the end of this age would be characterised by apostasy – falling away (2 Thes 2:3). An illustration of this is what happened to the WCG (Worldwide Church of God), which is now nauseatingly renamed Grace Communion International. After Helena and I were thrown out of that church for standing up against heresy, false ministers and apostasy within, we witnessed to them through mailings which promoted further truth. They rejected it. We had a mailing list of almost 500 of their members. For well over a year, we bombarded them with every form of spiritual invitation and challenge to move on spiritually. Positive response was so minimal it was negligible. Negative response was so great that most asked us not to send more, or responded with insults. Of the very few in whom there was some evidence that the Spirit was still alive, it wasn’t long before false ministers beguiled those souls and convinced them we were up to no good. Jesus warned: Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin [to stumble and fall away], it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea (Matt 18:6). The judgement of those people is terrible indeed! The results in the nineties in the WCG were that attrition set in, the people fell away, and died spiritually. In a dream some years ago, God illustrated them as a field of potato plants. The plants were in organised rows, but each plant had no fruit. Only the seed potato that had been planted remained, though the green tops looked OK. The people’s lives were so self-orientated (because of insufficient spiritual truth in church teaching and failure to allow the Holy Spirit any latitude) that, like the one talent man (Matt 25:25), they became useless. In that revelation the only rows that produced more than one tuber below ground were one row either side of the driveway. Perhaps they represented the few people who kept to the periphery and looked elsewhere for further spiritual enlightenment. They got more light and so were not completely fruitless. But even so, their yield was utterly minimal. What the WCG experience illustrates is a lesson to all other churches — reject this end-time prophetic message, follow your church leaders, and you shut God out. In His place you welcome demons, decline, apostasy and spiritual death. Vengeance hovers on the horizon. God is not mocked. What you sow, you reap. It’s what Jesus warned about many times. So take heed how you hear (Luke 8:18). Receive the word from a humble, receptive heart, and use it – or lose it! A great falling away is what is prophesied, and God will cut His Work short in righteousness. Two years is what He told us. Two years of revival, for this country, of awesome happenings, of many miracles and witness. Then the Great Tribulation. What is prophesied in Isaiah 24 and the book of Revelation will then unfold in its fulness. Most Will Not HearDeception follows rejection of truth. Isaiah 28 paints the picture of this in our hedonistic age: For with stammering lips and another tongue He will speak to this people, to whom He said, “This is the rest with which you may cause the weary to rest.” And, “This is the refreshing”, yet they would not hear. But the Word of the Lord was to them, “Precept upon precept, precept upon precept, line upon line, line upon line, here a little, there a little, that they might go and fall backward, and be broken and snared and caught...” (Is 28:11-13). God offers them His truth, but the response will be poor. Most will refuse to heed. So they fall back. God’s AWESOME WORKThe Lord will rise up as at Mount Perazim, He will be angry as in the Valley of Gibeon – that He may do His work, HIS AWESOME [destructive] WORK, and bring to pass His act, HIS UNUSUAL [strange] ACT (Is 28:21). It may seem strange to us that God would send the MM vans, at huge expense, costing thousands of pounds each time, on quick trips to Angola, Somalia, Zanzibar, Comoros Island, South Africa, Burundi, South Sudan, Rwanda and other African countries, to reach (apparently) relatively few people. But God knows what He is doing. He is selecting a few He has chosen to spearhead activities; and sow seeds of MM literature. It is not His time to give more opportunity to the majority because He knows the majority would reject it now. These few are being prepared to be part of the Bride – if they continue in the Truth – and will rule with Jesus in the Millennium soon to come. Isaiah 28:21 tells of HIS AWESOME WORK. It’s pretty awesome to have gunmen struck dead at every roadblock when you hold up our Faith booklet. It’s pretty awesome to see people bolted by lightning, struck by thunder and drop dead. It’s pretty awesome when church buildings are set on fire supernaturally. It’s pretty awesome when our enemies are continually frustrated in their attacks upon us, when feared militia have their lives taken, when locks are melted on prison doors, when shackles and chains fall off miraculously, when an angel comes to lead you out of the prison cell, putting to sleep the prison guards, or when an angel arrives in a car to take you back home. These are all part of HIS AWESOME WORK of Elijah today. All sorts of supernatural phenomena take place. The angels urge “GO! GO! GO!” There is no time to waste! All nations will be reached. “The time is NOW!” The work is short, sharp and shocking. It’s God’s Work, not man’s. ...the dead are raised up and the poor have the gospel preached to them. And blessed is he who is not offended because of me (Matt 11:5,6). March 2015
